KERIB is live · Mamoti is in development

Software for how Kenya rents.

Nsava builds focused infrastructure for Kenya's rental economy. We started with the roof over people's heads — KERIB, our property management platform, is live in its first real building. Now we're building Mamoti, a car rental platform, for the same idea applied to vehicles.

Why now

A massive market, barely served by software.

Kenya's rental economy — homes and vehicles alike — is enormous and almost entirely manual. Nsava is building for the market that actually exists here, not the one global software was designed for.

About Nsava

A focused company, starting with rent.

Nsava builds practical software for sectors where trust, records, payments, and coordination matter most. Our focus is Kenya's rental economy — the recurring, M-Pesa-driven transactions that keep people housed and moving, and that are still run almost entirely on paper, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

We started with KERIB, our property management platform, because rent is where people, money, and shelter meet — get that right and everything adjacent becomes possible. KERIB is live in its first real deployment, a 26-unit building in Eldoret, not a demo. We're now building Mamoti, a car rental platform, applying the same idea — watch the money move, turn it into a record people can trust — to vehicles.

We're small, deliberate, and based where the problem is. That's the work.

How we build

The same idea, applied to two markets.

Whether it's a unit in Eldoret or a car in Nairobi, the pattern is identical.

Add & invite

List your properties or your fleet, then invite managers, tenants, or drivers. Everyone gets the right access for their role — nothing more.

Watch the payment

Tenants and renters pay over M-Pesa, the way people already pay. Payments are matched, recorded, and receipted automatically — no chasing screenshots.

Keep a record you trust

Leases or bookings, documents, arrears, maintenance, and payouts all live in one place — a fact on screen, not a phone call.

Products

Two products. One focus: real transactions.

Everything we build starts from the same idea — watch the money move, and turn that into a record people can trust.

KERIB

A rent-transaction monitoring platform for landlords, managers, and tenants. KERIB parses M-Pesa payments and generates receipts automatically — live in its first production deployment, a 26-unit building in Eldoret.

Mamoti

A car rental platform for Kenya's vehicle owners and hosts — bookings, driver verification, trip tracking, and M-Pesa payments reconciled automatically, without a middleman holding your money. Not live yet — being built now, using everything we learned building KERIB.

Mission

Make rental transactions clearer, faster, and more reliable.

Built for real assets

We focus on things Kenyans rent — homes today, vehicles next — where better systems reduce confusion, delays, and manual follow-ups.

Payment-first thinking

Collection, records, balances, and payouts should be clear, reliable, and easy to verify by everyone involved — the same discipline in every product.

Trust by design

Nsava products are built around accountability, clean records, and never sitting between you and your money.

Questions

Good to know.

Who is KERIB for?

Landlords and property managers who run rental buildings, and the tenants who live in them. KERIB is built especially for small and mid-size property owners across Kenya who currently manage everything by hand.

What is Mamoti?

Mamoti is our second product — a car rental platform for Kenyan vehicle owners and hosts. It applies the same approach as KERIB — M-Pesa-native payments, automatic reconciliation, and clear records — to bookings, trips, and payouts. It's in active development and not yet live.

Does KERIB or Mamoti hold my money?

No. Rent and rental payments move directly between tenant/renter and owner over M-Pesa, the way they always have. Our platforms watch and record — they don't sit between you and your money.

Is Nsava a Kenyan company?

Yes. Nsava is based in Kenya and builds for this market first, from Eldoret. We believe the best products for Kenya's rental economy come from being close to the people who use them.

How do I get started or partner with you?

Email us at hello@nsava.com. Whether you're a landlord interested in early access to KERIB, a vehicle owner curious about Mamoti, a potential partner, or press, we read everything that lands in that inbox.

Let's build better rental systems.

Want to see KERIB running on your building, or get early word on Mamoti? We're onboarding a small number of landlords and vehicle owners directly right now.

We're not running a formal job board yet — if you want to build this with us, that email works for that too.
